Made from our Grassfed Waygu Beef, we mince this down and season lightly. Then it is rolled up in our freshly made puff pastry. We brush the top with our Italian mixed herbs and brushed with melted butter. When you cook these up on the times and temp below, they crisp up perfectly for an amazing sausage roll.
Your oven or airfyer might differ slightly, however cook until nice and crispy and golden.
Re-heating instructions are the following for the oven:
Defrosted: Approximately 45mins @ 160 degrees
Frozen: Approximately 45-60 mins @ 160 degrees
