Pulled Beef Brisket Pie - Single
We only use grassfed organic beef brisket. We take our brisket and sous vide this for minimum 36 hours, then lightly smoke this with mesquite. It is then pulled apart and combined with a mixture of our bbq sauce, smokey bbq rub & custom seasoning and gravy juices. It is then placed into our custom made pastry cases and sprinkled with our smokey bbq rub.
Re-heating instructions are the following for the oven:
Defrosted: Approximately 45mins @ 160 degrees
Frozen: Approximately 45-60 mins @ 160 degrees
