Chicken Pot Pie Family Size
This is our very popular chicken pot pie. We mix our chicken thigh with a bechamel base sauce, then we had peas, corn and carrots into the mix and season to finish. Possibly the best chicken pie that we make. Our family size pies are 1-1.3kg in size and easily have 4 portions.
Re-heating instructions are the following for the oven:
Defrosted: Approximately 45mins @ 160 degrees
Frozen: Approximately 45-60 mins @ 160 degrees
