Pulled Pork & Apple Family Pie
This is our signature pie that combines our pulled pork shoulder and bangs it into a cracking pie, then topped with a little bit of smoked apple chunks. Our pork shoulder Boston Butt cut is sous vide and then lightly smoked with apple smoke for 3 hours. We then pulled that meat down and combine with a variety of herbs and spices and asv signature sauces.
We then place the pulled pork in with the smoked apple chunks and place into a puff pastry pie casing ready for you all. The apple compliments the pork when it is cooked up in the pastry shell. Check out the pictures for yourself and grab a few to stash in the freezer.
Each pie is approximately 1kg to 1.3kg in size.
