This is our wild sourced venison (deer) rump pie.
Single pie in a pack weighing approximately 350-400grams.
We sous vide this for around 18-36 hours until it is ready to cut up and place with our gravy juice sauce. It is then seasoned and then placed into the puff pastry casing.
Simply heat from frozen or defrosted for approximately 30 -60 mins, or until the pastry is golden brown.
