Thai Lemongrass with Kaffir Lime Coconut
Herb/Chilli.Garlic with Coconut and Chilli Jam
Re-heating these is best to pre-boil a pot of water, turn to a simmer and place the vacuum sealed bag into the water for 6-8 minutes. Don’t boil this, only simmer. Ideal with steamed jasmine rice to soak up the coconut infused sauce with the crocodile tail meat.
