Crocodile Thai Lemongrass Pie Single
This is one of our signature items we specalise in. Northern Territory Wild Caught Crocodile Tail diced up and mixed through wiith our Thai Lemongrass rub. We then mix through with our coconut cream mix and season ready for you. Crocodile is a very neutral flavoured meat so it must be combined with a a great infused Thai flavour to bring out the crocodile.
Re-heating instructions are the following for the oven:
Defrosted: Approximately 45mins @ 160 degrees
Frozen: Approximately 45-60 mins @ 160 degrees
