Traditional Italian Family Lasagna
This is our family size Italian Lasagna that we make fresh each week for the markets.
Each lasagna is approximately 1.25-1.5kg each and serves 3-4 easily when you place in a nice salad or garlic bread next to it. Also, the dish is oven proof to so don’t remove when re-heating.
We get our pasta sheets made by an Italian family in Fortitude Valley Brisbane that have been making amazing products for 50 years. The bechamel is layered between the beef waygu trimming mince that is seasoned with our dried mixed herbs of rosemary, thyme and oregano. Wer stack these on top of each other and place in some shredded tasty cheese and bake these off so they are ready to re-heat.
Re-heat is very simple. Depending on what you have at your disposable, here are a few options for you to get this warm and ready for the family dinner.
Re-heating Process: Remove lasagna from the vacuum sealed bag, place into the oven or airfryer on the below temps.
Oven: 20-30mins @ 170d
Airfryer: 18-25mins @ 180d
Microwave: 4-6 mins on a medium heat. Do this a few times to pulse the heat into this slowly. This way you keep the moisture into the product.
BBQ/Grill: Not Recommended.
