These are our wild caught Australian squid fillet. We gently sous vide these for only 2.5 hours to tenderise them ready for you. These are Gluten Free.
We marinade these in a cold pressed olive oil, mixed herb and lemon & garlic rub we make. We then vacuum seal these down ready for your bbq!

Airfryer: 4-6 mins @ 200d
BBQ is Ideal for this: Get a really hot chargirll and sear each side for about 30-60 seconds. Some nice hot grill lines on to get that smokey flavour on your squid and serve straight away.
