Tasmanian Wild Caught Salmon is with the skin on, it makes it ideal when you want to crisp up in the airfryer/oven/pan fry. As this is a cooked finished product, you can even pull this apart and toss through a nice Asian infused salad.
Cooking methods hot or cold:
Airyfryer: 6 mins @ 200d Skin side up.
Oven: 6-9 mins @ 190-200 d on your trubo grill function.
Pan/BBQ: Get your pan or BBQ flat plate to a medium heat. Then place your salmon skin down to sear ans crisp up. Will only take 60-90 seconds.
Cold: Simply pull apart the salmon portion over a simple Asian style salad and utilise the marinade on the salmon as the dressing for the salad. A great way to get your protein kick in and make your workmates jealous!
