Chicken Breast Pack - Asian Lime & Coconut
Our chicken is sous vide then marinaded in our Sticky Asian Lime Rub with Coconut Cream. This blend is a soft mix of dried lime oil, lime zest and mix of Asian infusion herbs & spices. Included is the free range chicken breasts (3 each) and vacuum seal these down ready for you.
The simple way to re-heat these is to place into a simmering pot of hot water for approximately 4-6 minutes. Then take out and serve with a side of rice to soak up all the flavour from the infused coconut sauce.

This is a 12 hour sous vide slowly cooked chicken breast. It is then marinated in a coconut milk infusion with our herb, chilli & garlic glaze and sealed in a vacuum bag.
