Coconut Herb Chilli & Garlic Chicken Breast Packs
This is an 18 hour sous vide slowly cooked chicken breast. It is then marinated in a coconut milk infusion with our herb, chilli & garlic glaze and sealed in a vacuum bag.
This particular mix of chicken can be used as a hot or cold option.
Hot option & re-heating guide: Simply boil up a pot of water, then turn down to the lowest setting so that it is simmer. Then place the bag (leave everything in the bag, don’t cut it) into the pot and allow to stand for about 4-6 minuts maximum. This will bring the heat into the product and activate the rub. coconut and chilli jam we have placed onto the chicken. Then simply remove and serve with a recommended side of rice or starch to soak up the coconut saauce.
Cold options: This mix is great with a sturdy Cos Lettuce or Ice Berg. Simply rough cut this but keep it big, then remove the chicken and pull apart and mix with the salad. Use some of the coconut herb/chilli/garlic sauce as a dressing. Works well to keep this a dairy free and gluten free healthy option for your meal.
