Baby Back Pork Ribs - Marinated with Tennessee Hickory Smoked BBQ
Our baby back ribs are a full length of the rack, cut in half and slowly sous vide. We then repack these once the cooking process is completed with our Tennessee Hickory Smoked BBQ Marinade. It is very simple to re-heat in a number of ways.
The BEST way is to wrap these up tightly in foil in all its glazed juices, then place into a tray on top of a trivet. This allows the air to flow underneath the ribs in fan forced oven, or hooded bbq.
It will only take about 20-30mins until the ribs shorten up on the rib, and simple open up the foil and serve. It will literally melt in your mouth as we have softened up all the meat through the sous vide process for over 18 hours.
