Hickory Smoked Pulled Brisket - 1 kg Packs
This is our Hickory and Apple wood smoked Pulled Brisket. We sous vide the briskets then smoke lightly before pulling apart. It is then combined with some of our sauces and seasoned with our smokey bbq rub.
There is a variety of options how you can use this product. Ideally warmed up by placing into a pre-boiled pot of water then turned down to simmer. It will only take 4-6 minutes, then remove and use in a follow few ways.
Banh Mi Style Roll: slice roll in the middle, put some cucumber batons, coriander, shredded carrot, pulled brisket and topped with a chilli sauce over the top.
Jaffles! Who doesn’t love a jaffle. Fill your favourite bread with this mix, you can put in cold so no need to warm up if you don’t want to. Then squash your sandwich/jaffle maker down and instant brisket jaffle.
Make your own pizza and place your pulled brisket onto a meat lovers style pizza. This with a bbq sauce based would be delicious.

Our 18 hour Beef Brisket is sous vide in low temperatures and then taken out and rubbed down with our signature blend of roasted herbs and spices. We then allow it to rest to absorb the flavours to then smoke in hickory and apple wood. While it is warm we begin to pull the brisket as it falls apart to mix through our flavours to finish it off. You then get our amazing product of pulled brisket.
Great ways to use this in your meals is to re-heat and place into freshly make burgers or an amazing side dish with salads, rice dishes.
