We make these from infusion chilli farms amazing chillis from Redlands. These are simply the best when placing into our gravy just reduction process for the sauce.
This ensures the chilli flavour is balanced through out the whole pie when mixed with our sous vide grassfed fed Tasmanian Angus diced beef.
