Apple Tree Smoked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Pack
We steal some of our Apple Tree Smoked Rind off Bacon rashers and wrap this around our sous vide organic free range chicken breasts. There is 3 breast wrapped in a pack so you can feed the family, or divide up for some incredibly healthy lunches.
To re-heat this is best way below:
Get a pan and set on a low to medium heat.
Do not put oil or anything in there as we have allowed for this in the bag with cold pressed olive oil.
Slide the contents of the bag out allowing the bacon to contact the pan and lightly sear.
Turn the chicken wrapped bacon over and sear the other side. You will only need a small amount of time to sear up the bacon. Once caramlised simply slide out and serve with a nice rice.
