These are our single serve lamb shank. Literally fall apart off the bone when warmed back up. We sous videthese then marinate with our very popular rosemary & mint rub and vacuum seal these down ready for you.

Ideal way to re-heat these is the following methods:

Remove from bag and place into a tray weith all juices and cover with foil.

Oven: 180 d for 35-45 mins or until the meat starts to pull off the bone.

Airfryer: 35-45 mins 180d.

BBQ: you can, but keep away from direct heat, place the tray on the resting rack under the hood and allow to slowly re-heat and pull off the bone. Approx similiar time.

You can also mircowave these if you are pushed for time. Make sure you cut the top of the bag to allow the bag to breath. Then re-heat in the bag for 6-8 minutes if it is initially defrosted.
