Crossfit 4165 is putting on their annual event. We will be there from 05.30 setting up with an aim to be ready to fire at 06.30am for breakfast. There will be the gluten free dnout guys from Redland Bay, and a coffee trailer to make it a perfect match really! Check out our facebook page for the event to keep up on the info.
